Day 14

God remind me of Your truth

Of Your promises

And covenants

Give me truth to stand on

Something solid

That when I speak Your truth

Your peace will come over me

Not “God I hope you do this for me”

But I would speak in power

Saying you will do this

Because you promised in your word

You will work all things together

For the good of those who love you

You will work through me

Especially in my weakness

The power isn’t in me

But in yourself

I just have to exist

And you will use me

For the glory of my savior

To reveal the father

Through his son

You sent your son

To die for all our sins

In sinful flesh

So that we may live

Holy and pleasing to God living in purity

Through the power

Of your holy spirit

Whom you gave to us

As a gift of freedom

So we might not be weak

In this consuming flesh

But we would have strength

Fighting temptations

With your power not ours

Thank you for being faithful

And always providing what I need

You may not take me where I want to go

But you do take me where I need to go

And for that I am eternally grateful
