Thank You God

For staying true to Yourself

Even when I didn’t think You would

I didn’t believe in Your goodness

How could I have forgotten Your grace

You gave me peace and inspiration

While I went and wasted my time

It’s not about me

You can use anyone

I’m no one special

Still You chose me to do Your work

Why me? I fail

I’m not perfect

Thank You for renewing my faith in You

God thank You for loving me

Even before I was covered by Your son

You knew me

In my evil

Everything about me

Was counter to who You are

Yet You loved me

You still love me

And I don’t understand why or how

You love me more

Then your son

Who was perfect

He was exactly like You

In character and love

Yet you had a perfect man die

So the imperfect

Who You loved already

Could thrive with You

Why would You want

Something so ugly

In Your glorious presence

I don’t understand

Please reveal Your love for me

So I might know and believe

Give me faith to know

You are love

You love every man, woman, and child

Whether covered by Your son or not

You love always and forever

Blessed Redeemer

My savior is Lord

God You give me rest

My lovely Lord

I give praise and worship

I would ask for rest

But I know You will provide it

I would as for guidance

But I see it everywhere

I would ask for forgiveness

But every moment I am renewed

I just want to say thank You

I have been blessed

By my Lord almighty

Glorious is He

Who saved me

I am ever grateful

I reached out to You

To hold Your hand

And kiss Your signet ring

My king I honor You

I worship to please You

I live my life to seek You

Heaven on earth

When I’m worshiping You

Please build our relationship

Make it even more beautiful

I love Your smile

When Your pleased with me

O’ blessed creator

God of all

Maker of heaven and earth

I shrivel in comparison to Your glory

My precious Savior

How can I repay You

Even the earth glorifies You

In all its majesty

How can I glorify You

In this sinful flesh

How can I follow You

Into your kingdom

How can I lead others

To see Your beautiful face

Shining bright with love

Your shekinah glory burns bright

So warm to the touch

Yet so soothing and soft

You are too good to be true

Then I feel your presence
