Day 48

God give me rest tonight

Show me Your mercy

Pour peace and comfort over Your child

I can’t find time to rest

I need Your help

Your supernatural rest

That You give as a blessing

You are fantastic

Thank You for such a wonderful day

Building relationships and helping me live at my full potential

You make everything great

May I glorify You always

Day 47

Now remember the Lord in your time of distress

Do not fear anything for God is with You

Turn to Him not a little nor some

But turn everything over to Him

Speak your heart boldly

He is listening and desperately wants to hear your desires

So that He may fulfill them and give you much joy

After you have poured out your heart

Wait for a response with expectancy

And follow His will for you

Doing what He commands

Not doing what He refuses you

And wait for more instruction when He says to wait

Trust Him to be with you as you follow His commands

He does not send you away with empty expectations

He walks with you guiding and working in power

Using you in weakness and strength

He is a loving Father who does not refuse His child’s longing

Day 46

Thank You for staying true to Yourself

You always give me another chance

Even though I mess up every time

Your so patient and understanding

I need that grace so much

I feel empty without You

And when I’m finally in Your presence

I know it was worth every sacrifice

If only I could remember that feeling

So I would never turn away

Day 45

God You guide

You bless

If I only ask for help

In every situation

Complete dependence

Relying on Your path

And Your mercies

To lift me up

To grow me in Your character

I trust You

To be here for me

When I need You

I don’t want to worry

I want to trust You

I’m sorry for not believing

That You would come through for me

Help me to pray in power

To ask for help knowing You are here

Day 44

Stress and agony and fear

What have I become

That I feel these so much

Where is your presence

I once knew You

Now I wonder how much I know You

I miss Your closeness

Warming my heart

At the center of the issue

I love You

Please bring me back to You

Drag me

Pull me

Whatever it takes

I want to come back home

I’m desperate for You

I need You to be strong

I need You to be wise

I am nothing without You

My God, My Lord, My Father

I bow before You prostrated

You deserve much honor and praise

How could I ever please You

Save me from myself

I’m sorry it took this long

Bring me back

Breathe life into me again

Day 43

Build up Your kingdom in this place

Grow up a foundation

To lead many and hold their faith

A strong foundation

Humble and willing to serve

May your people be a blessing to this earth.

Lead your army to victory

There is no greater leader

Then you, oh mighty God

Speaking to each heart in truth

Leading out of love

No other god has such beautiful character

Day 42

Beautiful savior

Mighty resolve

I Love You forever

You are an amazing God

I love You

I don’t know if I’m just tired

Or spiritually drained

I know You’re with me

That’s all I need

When I’m with You

Everything else falls into place
